David Alan Haines
President
David Alan Haines is the President of Precision Measurement Inc. (PMI), a full-service ISO/IEC 17025-accredited and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-certified calibration and testing laboratory headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
A former U.S. Air Force PMEL technician, David brings military precision and technical expertise to the company. Under his leadership, PMI has become a trusted partner to both defense and commercial customers.
David is also an advocate for regional economic development and STEM education. He serves on the Okaloosa Economic Development Council and TeCMEN, helping strengthen partnerships with Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field while supporting future technical talent through student outreach.
Keith Sims
General Manager / Director of Operations
As General Manager and Director of Operations, Keith Sims oversees PMI’s operational strategy and daily business functions, helping guide the company’s continued growth.
Since joining PMI in 2012, Keith has played a key role in expanding the company while maintaining the quality, service, and reliability customers expect.
He oversees Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development, Finance and Accounting, Purchasing, and Estimating, ensuring PMI operates efficiently while continuing to deliver trusted calibration and testing services.
Ashley Haines
Director of Programs
As Director of Programs at Precision Measurement Inc., Ashley Haines supports the coordination and development of PMI’s internal programs and key company initiatives. Marketing Supervisor
